Samsung added another handset to its Galaxy line-up. The Galaxy J3 Pro has surfaced on Samsung’s Chinese website. The phone is powered by a quad-core 1.2 GHz SoC (System on Chip). The official product page doesn’t provide details of the chipset though. The best part about this phone is definitely its 5-inch HD AMOLED screen that delivers vibrant colours and deep blacks.
The remaining specifications of the handset are as follows:
- 2 GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, microSD card slot.
- 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 5 megapixel selfie camera.
- 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and NFC.
- 2600mAh battery.
On the software front, the Galaxy J3 Pro comes with Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with TouchWiz UI on top. The phone will be available in grey and gold hues, via China Telecom for 990 yuan ,which roughly translates to Rs 10,000. As of this writing, there is no information on its possible global release.
