Oppo Launches F1S Smartphone For Rs 17,990

The Chinese handset maker Oppo has introduced its “selfie expert” smartphone F1s in the Indian market. Targeted at the jobless teenagers, the Oppo F1S comes with a 16-megapixel snapper to please the narcissists.

The smartphone looks similar to its high end sibling the R7. The plastic back does reveal the F1S’ mid-range roots. The Oppo F1S comes with a 5-inch display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass. The metal alloy frame has nice chamfering around the edges. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s MT6750 64-bit octa-core processor. The phone has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The microSD card slot can be expanded up to 128 GB. It houses a 3075 mAh battery.


Weird as it may sound, the rear camera, which has been considered as the main one so far, is only 13-megapixel. The camera software offers gesture and voice controls to click pictures. It would worth seeing the how selfie lovers receive this new baby from Oppo .
