While most companies are forcing users to buy into big screen phones, Apple has launched a 4-inch phone. Dubbed as the iPhone SE, this handset is a cheaper option to the flagship iPhones such as the 6S and 6S Plus. Wait, has anyone noticed that Apple’s naming scheme is getting confusing every passing year?
The iPhone SE looks exactly like the iPhone 5, but packs-in a powerful A9 chipset found in the iPhone 6S. Based on the latest 64-bit processor, the SE is the most powerful phone from Apple. Other features such as the 12 megapixel camera and and 4K video recording are also carried over from the iPhone 6S.
In the US, the iPhone SE is priced at $399 for 16 GB version. For the 64 GB version, you will have to shell out additional $100. Pre-orders begin on March 24, and the device will start shipping on 31st of March.
