If you thought Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q was a cheap smart phone, then meet the Karbonn A91 Storm. Priced at Rs 2899, Karbonn’s new entry-level smart phone is now available via Amazon India.
Karbonn A91 Storm comes with dual-SIM support and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop. It features a 4 inches WVGA (480×800 pixels) resolution display with 240 ppi pixel density. Powered by a 1.2 quad-core processor, the handset is clubbed with 512 MB of RAM. It seems like for the sake of adding a snapper, the Indian handset maker has provided A91 Storm with 2 megapixel rear camera. Things get worse at the front, as there is a 0.3 megapixel secondary camera.
The smartphone comes with an internal memory of 4 GB, which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. Backed by a 2200 mAh Li-ion battery, the Karbonn A91 Storm is expected to last for 250 hours and provide 8 hours of talk time. According to the company, the handset takes three hours to fully charge. Considering the falling prices of the smartphones in India, our nation may soon surpass China in terms of highest numbers of mobile users.
