The idea behind MiserlyGeek is to deliver news and reviews that matter. We don’t simply report news, we help you make sense of it. For quick pageviews, we don’t cover stories such as “x” phone sold out in 3.4 seconds or silly rumors with no substance. We don’t review gadgets for the heck of it. We want you to figure out if it is worth your hard-earned money.

MiserlyGeek is managed by Chandrakant Isi, former Managing Editor at TechTree.com. Apart from looking after the daily operations of MiserlyGeek, he contributes to India’s leading technology portals including NDTV GadgetsFirstPost (tech2), and Deccan Chronicle. He hates writing about himself in third person.

Kamakshi has years of experience in technology journalism. She has been part of the Chip magazine and TechTree.com. Her editorial experience also includes DNA newspaper. Apart from reading for pleasure, writing and movies, her interest lies in photography, caustic humor, sarcasm, and cynicism.

Kalyani is a digital marketing enthusiast, a self-proclaimed traveler, and foodie. She is quite an expert when it comes to train routes in Mumbai and suburbs. Although things depend solely on her mood, when normal, she enjoys reading and loves photography (which is limited to getting herself clicked).

Harshad has been an engineering student for over a decade. He is too involved in gadgets for his own good. Although he enjoys tinkering with Android phones, when it comes to photography, he swears by his trusted Nokia Lumia 1020. Satya Nadella might have given up on Windows Phone, but Harshad refuses to move on.
